April 5 – Annual Rabies Clinic to be held at City Hall Square from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

May 26 – Memorial Day Service. More information to be released at a later date.

July 3 – Fireworks at Welsh Municipal Airport.

July 4 – Activities to be announced at a later date.

November 7 & 8 –Welsh Homecoming Festival

December 5 –Christmas Parade at 4:30 pm
